Earth resistivity meter

RM1 is a compact versatile earth resistivity meter with 24 bit data acquisition. The console keyboard allows easy and immediate access to all the main functions, even in harsh environmental conditions. When connected to your laptop via the dedicated software, RM1 becomes an invaluable aid in programming your work and creating tailor-made measuring session (VES geophysics/ERT). Supplied as a bundle with its programming, acquisition and data management software, RM1 not only works in "stand alone" mode but also remotely, connected to any external PC (Windows 7 or higher). This way, the operator can easily create VES tables and customised measurement sessions, making the most of the guided preparation tools. Compatible with any external energiser (max. 1000V - 1A in the standard version, 5A max. in the upgraded version), RM1 is offered in combination with one or more P-200 (200V - 1A) energizers, which can be connected together in series. Completed with the necessary accessories for electrical tomography is able to realize ERT profiles up to a maximum of 32 el.

Whereas the depth of investigation is in function of the max. spreading length (that is, maximum distance between the AB electrodes in the case of a Schlumberger or Wenner spreading), it will be necessary to energize the ground using multiple P200 energizers connected to RM1 and powered by an external 12V battery. In stand alone mode, RM1 can run individual measurements and VES measurement sessions with 4 electrodes already stored inside its internal memory.

The P200 energizer is the perfect energy source for VES in direct current.

A very useful tool to test the performance of your earth resistivity meter before a measuring session in the field. Compatible with all PASI earth resistivity meters.

Pair of stakes in stainless steel for current electrodes (AB), diam. 15mm, length approx. 500mm.
