The complete system is composed of a reel and camera head and a data control unit with integrated LCD monitor, USB 2.0 grabber board and microphone for viewing, saving and commenting on photos/videos on a laptop supplied by Customer.
Always one of the flagships of PASI, water level testing devices are piezometric level meters for liquids (usually water), intended for quick measurements in wells and tanks by a single operator who can easily operate on the surface. This portable instrument, easy-to-use and to maintain, is ideal for monitoring changes in groundwater level within piezometers. They are often used as a first control downstream of dams, in the areas surrounding landfills and in areas where there is strong groundwater extraction.
A portable instrument similar to that of a water level indicator but characterised by an optical probe that signals the presence of a pollutant (usually a hydrocarbon) that usually floats on the surface of the groundwater or is deposited below it.
Depending on the different applications, rebound hammers are divided into: - Type N rebound hammers (for concrete and stone rock): Impact energy 2.207 Nm - Type L rebound hammers (for friable rock, concrete with thickness <10cm, paper and film reels): Impact energy 0.735 Nm - Type M rebound hammers (for mortar, in the traditional version and in the "pendulum" version)
Profoscope and Profoscope+ are the first integrated cover meters, developed by Proceq for the easiest and fastest way to locate rebars.
Based on the principle of electromagnetic pulse induction (Eddy Current), the complete range of Profometer 6 cover meters scan rebars on all surfaces, regardless of their size and geometry. Thanks to the Artificial Intelligence (AI) function, the measurement of the concrete cover achieves a level of precision higher than the industry standard.
The new Proceq GPR Live is the most revolutionary portable instrument for testing on reinforced concrete. The instrument makes use of innovative ultra-wideband technology (Proceq patented) for maximum resolution and testing depth in the field of GPR for applications on structures.
Maximum performance for a very small GPR: Proceq GPR GP8800 is the real revolution in the radar investigation sector.
By measuring the velocity of ultrasound propagation in a material, we obtain information on its density and its elastic properties. The velocity value, closely linked to the quality and strength of the material, makes it possible to define the concrete in terms of uniformity of the material, note the presence of voids and honeycombing, assess any damage caused by fire or frost, calculate the modulus of elasticity (thanks to transducers in P & S waves) and the resistance of the material.
Through the use of "PULSE ECHO" mono and multi-channel technology, tomographic 2D and 3D images are obtained on concrete and rock elements. The B-scan scanning mode of the pulse-echo transducers provides an accurate cross-section of the scanned surface in real time. This methodology is recommended especially for finding voids, delaminations and for measuring the thickness of the concrete beyond the rebar layer. Excellent results even on fibre reinforced concrete or on concrete during curing (therefore in conditions of high humidity).
Profometer Corrosion, based on the half-cell method, is the most complete and evolved corrosion analysis solution on the market.
Resipod make use of the 4-point Wenner method to measure the electrical resistivity of concrete in a completely non-destructive test.
The complete Proceq DY-2 series covers the entire field of pull-off applications, namely verification of the adhesive strength between two different materials (i.e. between plaster and brickwork) or successive stratifications (i.e. repairs on concrete).
The Pulse-Echo (PEM) method is used to carry out quick quality checks of foundation piles: PET Pile Echo Tester guarantees maximum productivity with extreme ease of use.
CHUM uses the Crosshole Sonic Logging (CSL) method to perform high-resolution 2D/3D quality control on deep foundations in reinforced concrete.
BIT instrumentation is able to measure the verticality of wells or the inspection boreholes of the foundation piles, immediately and without using inclinometer tubes.
Specific instruments for measuring the anchorage force of bolts and dowels; available in two versions, respectively with digital or analogue pressure gauge.
MSG II allows you to monitor ground vibrations and air over-pressure such as blasting operations, pile driving operations, construction equipment activity, environmental activity, ambient levels, and any other operation where a permanent record is needed (complies ISEE standard).
The Multiline IDS range includes robust, reliable multi-parameter portable instrumentation particularly suitable for use in the field. At PASI, we have selected instruments with 1, 2 or 3 simultaneous measurement channels, with self-calibration, sensor diagnostics and data storage capabilities, supplied in practical cases with all the accessories needed to equip your mini-laboratory.
Ideal companions for all in-situ measurements; thanks to the practical test kits, they can perform rapid measurements of many water quality parameters. Their field of action ranges from the control of purification plants to the analysis of drinking water in wells and reservoirs, as well as in surface water controls.
Turbidity is an important indicator - both for production processes and for quality control - in many sectors ranging from fuel to wine, water to biotechnology. The Turb® 430 series is based on the nephelometric method to measure turbidity up to 1100 NTU.
